Richard Zielinski has worked with indoor air quality solutions for more than a decade. Philco reviews technical guidance, manufacturer documentation, product limitations, installation requirements, and maintenance needs before offering a solution.
We are HVAC technicians. The “V” stands for ventilation. IAQ depends on the movement, filtration, conditioning, and ventilation of air throughout a building—not simply one installed product.

Each option should be evaluated for its intended purpose, documented limitations, and relationship with the existing HVAC equipment.
If we would not consider a solution appropriate for our own office or home, we would not recommend it to a client.
No HVAC product or service can guarantee the prevention of illness or eliminate every airborne contaminant. Performance depends on correct selection, installation, operation, maintenance, building conditions, and the product’s documented limitations.
