Richard Zielinski — Senior Mechanical Technician | VP & General Manager

Richard has over 22 years of mechanical and HVAC experience and holds California C-20, C-10, C-36, and C-27 contractor licenses. He focuses on training, estimating, sales, operations, and supporting the team with complex troubleshooting, controls, repairs, and specialty installations.

Jake DeSoto — Senior Mechanical Technician

Jake is a Senior Mechanical Technician with more than 11 years at Philco and extensive experience in HVAC, electrical, controls, EMS, service, and installations. He also leads classroom and field training and supports the team on complex technical projects.

Frank Tamayo Ramirez — Lead Electrician

Frank is a journeyman-level Lead Electrician specializing in commercial electrical systems. His experience includes switchgear, thermal imaging and inspections, new construction and TI projects, service and repair, controls, and HVAC electrical systems.

Aidan Murphy — Apprentice Mechanical Technician

Aidan is an Apprentice Mechanical Technician supporting commercial maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across packaged, heat pump, and VRF systems. He also manages warehouse inventory and assists with controls, irrigation, and general building maintenance projects.

Michael Derr — Mechanical Technician

Michael is a journeyman-level Mechanical Technician responsible for a specialty commercial maintenance portfolio. He specializes in diagnostics, preventive maintenance, service and repair, controls, and installations across a wide range of commercial mechanical equipment.

Mario DeCesaris — Lead Mechanical Technician

Mario is a journeyman-level Lead Mechanical Technician experienced with VRF, packaged and water-source systems, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, VAV systems, and controls. He also performs estimating, load calculations, AutoCAD drawings, installations, and commissioning.

Chase Gibson — Lead Mechanical Technician

Chase is a journeyman-level Lead Mechanical Technician responsible for commercial maintenance portfolios across a wide range of equipment. He specializes in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, service and repair, controls, and mechanical installations.
